Pastor

Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He also serves as the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is passionate about training the new generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
